Interpersonal Mediation
I am an experienced Certified Mediator and here are some of the types of conflicts I can help you resolve.

01
Break-ups And Separations
When going through a separation, you may need assistance navigating challenges such as: ownership/possession of living space, pet ownership, family and friend dynamics, health insurance coverage, financial considerations, etc. At this time, I do not offer mediation for Divorce or Disillusionment but can refer you to others who do.

03
General Relationship Conflicts
These conflicts are usually focused on repairing and navigating relationships in our lives and how we want to communicate. These could be roommate problems, estrangement from loved ones, ongoing disagreements, and any kind of unaddressed tension that parties want to resolve. I can help you discover what you want and need from the relationship and how to communicate moving forward.

05
Neighbor/Community Conflicts
Feeling unsettled or unsafe in your home, neighborhood, or community is very stressful. I can facilitate a conversation between members of your community to make sure everyone is heard and each others' needs are understood.

02
Estate Planning
Conflicts can arise between family or beneficiaries in the planning of the estate or in administering and interpreting the estate. I can help guide you to make decisions while maintaining important relationships. This is not meant to be a substitute for hiring an attorney to plan the estate, but as a supplement to assist where attorneys cannot.

04
Navigating End Of Life Decisions
When people approach the end of their lives, they may find that tensions arise over how they want to exit this world and how much they want to talk about it. As a mediator, I can make it easier to hold these important conversations between loved ones.

06
Disputes In Litigation
Many types of conflict that would otherwise end up in court can be resolved first through mediation. This category is for parties who may have run into issues including misunderstandings or disputes with other businesses, contract negotiations, landlord/tenant problems, and any type of conflict where the parties would rather avoid the costs of litigation by choosing mediation.
