Conflict Resolution Coaching & Training

I am a Certified Mediation Coach and Trainer in Conflict Resolution and I provide the following coaching services and training modules which can be combined as you see fit.

01

02

Individual Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP-I)

The CDP-I is an individual assessment that gives insight into how you view yourself in conflict and how you respond to conflict. It provides practical guidance on your behaviors and how to improve your ability to manage conflicts on your own. Each individual who takes the assessment receives a 1-hr follow-up coaching call to review the results and talk about strategies for improvement. For teams, there is a team report that shows an aggregate on the team's strengths and weaknesses as a whole.

03

Necessary Knowledge (NK)

This module introduces key concepts in conflict resolution and outlines the process for moving from conflict to resolution. This module is offered in conjunction with the Successful Conflict Conversations and Third-Party Resolution modules.

Coaching Through Conflict

This option is for people who need help managing a specific conflict. It may be that you are in conflict with another person who does not want to come to mediation. It can also be used for a party in mediation, to help you stay focused and make the time spent in mediation sessions more efficient.

04

Third-Party Resolution (TPR)

This module is for leaders and managers who want to learn how to facilitate difficult discussions at work on their own. The TPR Module provides a framework for mediating employee conflicts and reaching a resolution that works for all.  I can coach you on some of the basic principles of conflict resolution, review the conflict and possible areas of exploration, and debrief during and/or after you are done.

05

Successful Conflict Conversations (SCC)

This module provides a framework for self-mediation. The framework includes expectation setting around finding a time to talk and the context for the conversation, as well as a step-by-step guide for holding the conversation and making a deal. Included in this offering is the introduction of Necessary Knowledge on conflict resolution.
